1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the site.

2. Products and Availability

All plants and products are subject to availability. We strive to keep our stock and descriptions accurate, but we cannot guarantee the availability of all items at all times.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Local Delivery Terms

  • Our standard local delivery includes curbside drop-off only.
  • Customers are responsible for receiving and moving items from the drop-off point.
  • If a different delivery arrangement (e.g., backyard placement, indoor delivery) is required, you must contact us in advance.
  • Custom delivery requests are subject to approval and will incur an additional custom delivery quote, which must be accepted and paid for prior to dispatch.
  • We are not liable for damage or delays resulting from unapproved delivery changes or inaccessible delivery sites.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary due to plant availability, weather conditions, or courier issues. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless plants arrive damaged or unhealthy upon delivery.
  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of any damage or health concerns. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
  • Refunds or replacements are provided at our sole discretion and only under verified circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to decline refunds or replacements for:
    • Dissatisfaction with curbside delivery (our standard delivery method)
    • Cosmetic imperfections
    • Natural variation in plant size, shape, or appearance
    • Issues resulting from customer mishandling, environmental conditions, or failure to follow care instructions
    • Unsubstantiated claims or late notifications

Important Additional Terms:

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including returns or refused deliveries.
  • If a return is approved, it may be subject to:
    • A 25% restocking fee
    • A pickup fee if we arrange the retrieval of returned items
  • These fees will be deducted from any refund amount issued.

Customers engaging in repeated complaints or refund demands without merit may be refused future service at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Crown Valley Nursery and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.
